The centerpiece is a stylishly served Tavolata from the ICONIC kitchen – modern, high-quality, and designed for sharing. The menu is accompanied by a guided blind tasting: The wines are poured without revealing their identity, their origin initially remains hidden. Guests taste, discuss, and embark on a joint quest for aromas, style, and origin.

An experienced sommelier guides the evening, offers targeted insights, and strikes a balance between suspense, enjoyment, and entertainment. The subsequent reveal provides moments of surprise and encourages interaction.

Guided Blind Tasting with each Course
A different wine is served blind with each course. An experienced host or sommelier leads the tasting with carefully chosen hints – without revealing too much. Guests taste, discuss, and attempt to identify the wine’s origin or style.

Revelation & Exchange
At the end of the evening, the wines are unveiled. Together, guests explore aromas, differences, and surprises. A memorable and indulgent finale.
