Virtual Meetings
During meetings, presentations or job interviews, conference calls quickly reach their limits - in contrast to online meetings. They not only save costs for travel, room rentals or the organisation of meetings. Virtual meetings often make remote departments more productive and are the basis for more attractive workplace models such as home office.
Whether a digital "face-to-face" meeting or a larger discussion group with several participants - this is possible in the digital world. The SEEDAMM PLAZA offers the ideal conditions and spacious rooms with the appropriate infrastructure. Two examples that can be realised in our house:
Virtual seminar
- Virtual external participants; up to approx. 90 persons
- The speaker is on site with a small part of the participants
- External participants only see and hear the speaker
- No interactive exchange with external participants
- The video is broadcast live
Virtual discussion round
- Virtual external participants; up to approx. 20 persons (in-house streaming service)
- The speaker is on site with a small part of the participants
- External participants see and hear all participants from the SEEDAMM PLAZA and can communicate with each other
- For this type of meeting the external participant needs a working notebook, tablet or smartphone with microphone, camera and loudspeaker
